The best technique to obtain a complete understanding of the driving forces leading to a binding interaction is isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC). There have been significant advances to the technology and method development leading to a workflow solution for every lab. When studying the binding interaction between two molecules, the three main methods to utilize are enthalpy screen, incremental titration, and continuous titration.

In combination with a powerful tool for measuring a wide variety of molecular interactions, these three methods were utilized to characterize the binding of Furosemide and Carbonic Anhydrase II. Explore experiment results to see how these ITC methods compare.
