The SPRIworks Fragment Library Systems have built-in size selection and prepare fragment libraries for all three major next generation sequencing platforms. SPRIworks Systems simplify and automate fragment library construction for the Illumina Genome Analyzers, Roche GS FLX DNA Sequencer and Life Technologies SOLiD Sequencers. The system consist of three components: The SPRI-TE Nucleic Acid Extractor, a system I, II or III method card that controls the liquid handling, and a cartridge specific for each system containing the reagents required to prepare a single library. All the reagents, tips and tubes needed for processing a library are included in the SPRIworks Fragment Library Systems Kit; users only need to provide samples and adapters.
