After helping to clone Dolly the sheep in 1996, Alan Colman, Ph.D., was approached with recruitment offers by institutes from around the world. He refused them all until 2002, when a $6M grant lured him to Singapore. Six years later, he returned to the United Kingdom, accepting a post at King’s College London.
