Hydrophylic Organic Membrane: HyStream™ Membranes

Membrane Description
Cross-flow membranes, low protein binding, high flux for rapid processing, hydrophilic. Membranes used in filtration steps for bioprocessing and separation of biomolecules (e.g. monoclonal antibodies); especially for pre-concentration/ clarification and UF/DF filtration steps in downstream processing.

In contrast to conventional composite mPES UF membranes which are made in multi-step manufacturing process which often includes a post casting surface modification, the mPES HyStream™ membrane has been developed from state of the art technology including two unique features that deliver significant user benefits:

• Manufactured in a "single-cast", uniquely controllable process
• Integral "cast-modification" of the membrane surface chemistry
