Syringe Accessories

A variety of accessories are available, such as the reproducibility (Chaney) adapters, syringe guides, sampling valve, septum adapters, and removable (RN) adapters. These accessories are designed for use on Hamilton syringes.

Reproducibility (Chaney) Adapter
For consistent, reproducible injections. It also prevents the plunger from bending. The adjustable stop prevents plunger damage. Easily installed. Available for the 700, 800, 900, 1700, 1800 and 7000 series.

Syringe Guide
Prevents the plunger from bending. It also prevents the plunger from being pulled out. Easily installed. Available for the 700, 1700 and 7000 series syringes.

Septa
Hamilton Company offers four different varieties of septa. The Long Life GC Autosampler Septa, the Low Bleed High Temperature Septa (up to 400°C), Low Bleed High Temperature Septa (up to 212°C), and the Three Layer Septa (upto 212°C) are available.

PB600 Repeating Dispensers
Consistently dispense sample up to 50 times with the push of a button. For use with liquids or gases.

MTB Sampling Valve
The MTB Sampling Valve is a lever-actuated on/off valve used for storing and transporting samples in any GASTIGHT TLL syringe. Kel-F® hub needles easily attach to this valve. The valves are pressure tested to 100 psig and are autoclavable. The bore I.D. is .039".

Septum Adapter
The Septum Adapter allows you to store and sample syringe contents. It attaches to any TLL syringe or luer lock fitting. The septum is replaceable.

Removable (RN) Adapters
There are three different removable (RN) adapters for 250 µL and larger removable needle (RN) syringes. The port I.D. of .039” allows sample spiking with a 701N syringe. It provides connection to threaded fittings, tubing assemblies, tees, and crosses.

Syringe Cleaner
The Syringe Cleaner is designed to clean 7000 Series MODIFIED MICROLITER™ syringes with only heat (370°C) or to remove suspected residuals by adding a vacuum source (.1 mm mercury). MICROLITER™ and GASTIGHT® syringes may also be cleaned when a voltage rheostat is added to reduce the chamber temperature to 50°C. The Syringe Cleaner is not effective on frozen plungers or plugged needles. Syringe Cleaners are available in 120 and 220VAC.

Needle Cleaning Kit
Contains a selection of various diameter tungsten wires for cleaning plugged needles. Biodegradable cleaning concentrate helps to remove tenacious residues.

Lab Animal Studies Injector (LASI™)
