Hamilton polymeric, Poly(styrene-divinylbenzene) cation exchange HPLC Columns are used in quality assurance as well as research and development laboratories because they last significantly longer than silica-based cation exchange columns. The five cation exchange column packings listed below can be used for the following separations: inorganic and organic cations; the herbicide glyphosate from it's metabolite; mono and divalent cations in one run; oligosaccharides up to DP8; USP L17, 19 and 34 applications.

PRP-X200
Inorganic and organic cations using conductivity or UV detection. Separate mono or divalent cations depending on mobile phase conditions from 20 ppb to 200 ppm.

PRP-X400
Glyphosate and its metabolite in drinking water. Also unique hydrophilic interaction separations.

PRP-X800
Separate mono and divalent cations in the same run or transition metals.

HC-40
Cation, ligand exchange separation of carbohydrates, including sugar oligomers up to DP8.

HC-75
Calcium, hydrogen and lead form columns for separation of mono and disaccharides, organic acids and sugars, and sugar alcohols.
