Our staff scientists have an extensive knowledge of antibody production (polyclonal & monoclonal), purification of antibodies and proteins, conjugation and modification. All products and services are performed under cGMP guidelines at our facility. Of note is our continued reliance on the skills and ideas of Dr. Norman Cappel who pioneered the production of immunochemical reagents and now devotes his time and energies to research and development here at Rockland. We have just completed the construction and outfitting of a new 11,000 square foot laboratory expansion designed to meet current good manufacturing practices (cGMP). Although not required, Rockland has opted to manufacture all products under conditions of cGMP to provide the best possible level of manufacturing control and product reliability.

We utilize the most technologically advanced equipment to produce and thoroughly test our products including computer facilitated ELISA systems, preparative and analytical High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), SDS-PAGE, isoelectric focusing and Western blotting as well as classical immunological methodologies.
