We have the capability to fill sachets with a wide range of products.
Sachets and Pouches are extremely versatile packing units used for retail or as a promotional item. Sachets have been used for many years as a cost effective way to promote your product by providing a free sample to the consumer. Sachets are still an important product in today's market. Pouches offer a further option for packing a whole range of products.
Sachet Filling
We have the capability to fill sachets with a range of products. Powders, creams, liquids and solid items can all be filled into sachets. Our project management team will coordinate the artwork design and approval process, the specification and printing of the sachet laminate and the production of any test or stability samples that may be required.
The production process is overseen by our QC department that will ensure the pre-agreed fill levels are continually met throughout the production run.
We offer a number of different sachet designs;
- standard sachet
- die-cut sachets
- double sachets
If additional secondary packaging is required for the sachet, for example, a leaflet or a small protective carton, these can be produces if required and assembled in a final pack.
Pouches
Pouches or stand up pouches are another packing option for powders, blends, creams, lotions and liquids. They provide an interesting alternative to sachets for retail or promotional activities. The same production principles apply as with sachet production and our project management team will again handle the entire process from design to final delivery.

- Capacity evaluation is based on working 6 hours per shift on a 3 shift basis
- Sachet/pouch dimensions and fill weight:
- Dosage range: 0.5 gram to 150 grams
- Pouch filling up to 5 different tablets, capsules or gel caps
- Min/Max dimensions:
- Sachet Width 50.8 mm up to 120 mm
- Sachet Height: 50.8 mm up to 241 mm
