The RnampliFire Kit provides rapid and sensitive RNA amplification based on NASBA technology. The RNampliFire reaction provides more than 1010-fold amplification of a specific RNA in only 90 minutes. The isothermal, in vitro process ensures that only RNA is amplified, with no interference from any DNA that might be present.
