Applikon ez-Control process control unit is a simple yet powerful process controller for a research or pilot plant bioreactor and fermentor.

Small Footprint with ease of use
A color touch screen interface that easily guides the user through operation of the controller and gives a clear overview of all process parameters such as
- Standard available control loops
- Dissolved oxygen measurement and control
- Temperature measurement and control
- pH measurement and control
- Foam/Level measurement and control
Easy communication
An integrated web server allows remote access to the controller using standard internet browsers, thus giving users the capability to view or control the system in and out of the laboratory.
Enhanced documentation and validation
The Applikon ez-Control process control unit was developed and documented with GAMP 4 guidelines and when used in conjunction with Applikon's BioXpert XP is 21CFR part 11 compliant to enable users to fully validate the system.
Expandability
The Applikon ez-Control process control unit has the ability to incorporate additional I/O to connect Biomass monitor, balances, gas analyzers, variable speed pumps, fixed speed pumps and other equipment.
