Scientists using DASGIP Parallel Bioreactor System for microbial fermentation benefit from an advanced bioreactor technology gaining superior results in strain characterization, process development and gene expression with aerobic or anaerobic microorganisms.

DASGIP Systems for microbiology feature unique precision at working volumes from 60 mL to 4 L. Advanced process control capabilities allow control of up to 70 process parameters. Thus, scientists in R&D and process development working with bacteria, yeast or fungi benefit from valid and reproducible small-scale results and rapid scale-up. Even special applications such as cultivation of phototrophic bacteria or biofuel and biopolymer processes can easily be performed with DASGIP Systems.

Integration of third party lab devices into the DASGIP system as well as integration of the DASGIP system into supervisory process control systems is possible via OPC. The interconnectivity of DASGIP Parallel Bioreactor Systems supports implementation of industry leading initiatives such as QbD, DoE and PAT while enabling integration to legacy control systems and enterprise historians. All DASGIP Control Systems are accessible remotely by one or multiple remote clients at the same time.

The modular system allows integration of a range of control units into the process control software DASGIP Control 4.0 offering solutions for every customer's individual needs.
