DASGIP Parallel Bioreactor System - Cell Culture

Source: DASGIP AG
DASGIP Parallel Bioreactor Systems for cell culture applications are designed to achieve high experimental throughput and maximum information output for 4, 8 or 16 bioreactors in parallel. Precise and comprehensive process control guarantees highly scalable and reproducible results.
Details

DASGIP technology is designed specifically to support parallel laboratory scale cultivation processes. Especially in research activities, users benefit from low media and cell material volumes and therefore fast and low-cost screening and characterization results.

A wide range of different bioreactors with working volumes from 35 mL to 4 L guarantees superior results when working with CHO cells, hybridoma, stem cells or any other eukaryotic cell line.

Up to 16 bioreactors can be controlled with one cell culture set-up. When being part of the DASGIP Parallel Bioreactor System or other control systems critical process parameters in applications such as protein production, cell line selection and process development can easily be controlled.

Integration of third party lab devices into the DASGIP system as well as integration of the DASGIP system into supervisory process control systems is possible via OPC. The interconnectivity of DASGIP Parallel Bioreactor Systems supports implementation of industry leading initiatives such as QbD, DoE and PAT while enabling integration to legacy control systems and enterprise historians. All DASGIP Control Systems are accessible remotely by one or multiple remote clients at the same time.

The modular system allows integration of a range of control units into the process control software DASGIP Control 4.0 offering solutions for every customer's individual needs.
