The PHERAstar Plus offers full modularity in all modes and features Advanced HTRF® / TR-FRET, Advanced Luminescence and Advanced Fluorescence Polarization. This compact and versatile instrument is able to perform all the leading non-isotopic detection technologies including:

The PHERAstar Plus provides uncompromising sensitivity, speed and dynamic range. Not only does it support endpoint readings, but it is also capable of kinetic measurements and well scanning.
Assay flexibility is enhanced by precise temperature control and multi-mode shaking capabilities. Sequential dual excitation, Simultaneous Dual Emission and ratiometric calculations are important features for multichromatic applications such as FRET and BRET. Pre-installed optic modules for specific applications can be activated by a simple mouse click and all the necessary components are selected automatically.
The flexibility and sensitivity of the PHERAstar Plus are not compromised even in 1536-well plates.

Robot Compatibility
The PHERAstar Plus can be incorporated into a wide array of robotic systems via DDE or ActiveX interface. For mid-throughput plate handling, BMG LABTECH offers the 50 microplate Stacker with an integrated barcode reader.
Software Package:
The PHERAstar Plus comes with BMG LABTECH's established reader Control and MARS Data Analysis Software. MARS includes significant ease-of-use enhancements such as S/N, Z' and many other standard calculations. The Wizard creates an easy step-by-step calculation of a standard curve and the Template Manager is an excellent tool for building complex data processing protocols. Thus, user defined data analysis is done simply with one click of the mouse. Improved robotic integration capabilities, digital signature and the FDA 21 CFR part 11 compliance of MARS complete this software package.
