This automated high performance liquid chromatography system (HPLC) has been specifically designed for drug researchers involved in disease target identification and pharmacokinetic studies. Featuring a sub-20µL internal volume and a light-guided flow cell, this system offers better mass sensitivity than traditional HPLC on subpicomole quantities of biomolecules. It has a solvent delivery capability that ensures reproducible isocratic and gradient performance at low µL flow rates. This low-flow-rate delivery system is capable of delivering the entire sample into the mass detector without splitting the flow. This automated system is equipped with an X, Y, Z sample manager and a photodiode array detector.
