DASGIP High Throughput Screening System BioLector
The cultivation chamber of the BioLector provides a defined gas atmosphere, uninterrupted aeration by continuous shaking and temperature control in each well. Humidity within the chamber can exactly be adjusted, with integrated fill level control. Additionally, pH or dissolved oxygen as well as optical density can be monitored online in each well.
The DASGIP BioLector can be operated with 48 or 96 well microtiter plates. The well geometries of the 48-fold "Flowerplate" are optimized to ensure high kLa values and optimal growth conditions for cell culture as well as microbial applications.
Results can easily be transferred and scaled-up to process development in systems such as the DASGIP Parallel Bioreactor System.
