Xterra Columns are HPLC columns that enable scientists to accelerate the analytical and purification processes for lead generation and lead optimization. The organic/inorganic material used by these columns has the positive attributes of both silica and polymer, and allows scientists to extend the limits of HPLC technology for speed, peak shape and operating pH range. According to the company, these columns deliver symmetrical peaks for all basic compounds, and their usable pH range from one to 12 provides polymeric pH resistance with the performance of silica. Available with over 270 configurations, these columns are being offered in four particle sizes, and in four different chemistries.
