Corning's HYPERFlask® Cell Culture Vessel is a revolutionary laboratory product used to quickly and efficiently scale up your cell culture. This flask has a unique design utilizing a gas permeable polystyrene Corning® CellBIND® treated surface to provide optimal gas exchange and allow for the growth of 10 times the number of cells as a standard T 175 flask providing outstanding value against traditional laboratory products.

Corning's HYPERFlask® cell culture vessel is a new sterile mutilayer cell culture flask with the following advantages:

  • Corning's HYPERFlask® cell culture vessel has 1720 cm² available growth area
  • Corning's HYPERFlask® cell culture vessel gas permeable film provides gas exchange between the cells and cell culture medium and the atmospheric environment surrounding it.
  • Corning's HYPERFlask® cell culture vessel can be filled to its entirety with any cell culture medium and sealed with a solid cap.
  • Corning's HYPERFlask® cell culture vessel does not require the laboratory scientist or pharmaceutical laboratory scientist to crack the cap or use a vented cap.
  • Corning's HYPERFlask® cell culture vessel is bar coded and compatible for use on cell culture automation platforms.
  • Corning's HYPERFlask® cell culture vessel comes equipped with a solid cap with liner on a straight neck for filling growth medium.
  • Corning's HYPERFlask® cell culture vessel is successful in the following applications:
    • Cell propogation
    • Protein production

    • Transfections
