Bio-Rad process chromatography columns are process-scale columns designed for industrial applications and are used worldwide in the manufacture of registered biotherapeutics and diagnostics. All columns have a unique seal design that eliminates dead space and leakage. The unique frit and flow distributor system ensure a uniform plug flow through the column. These columns are chemically resistant to solvents and reagents.

- Same design for all sizes — directly scalable from 10 cm to 2 m diameter
- Unique frit and flow distributor design
- Sanitizable, long lasting, compatible with customer applications

- Special inflatable seal design
- Axial compression packing allowed, providing greater packing efficiency
- Choice of borosilicate glass, acrylic, or stainless-steel column tubes
- Hygienic design — sanitary fittings, electropolished surfaces, and no exposed connections
