  1. Poster: XDR-10 Single-Use Bioreactor
    12/11/2011
The XDR-10 single-use bioreactor is the latest addition to Xcellerex's industry leading line of GMP cell-culture systems.
  2. Datasheet: Hybrid Connectors
    5/31/2010
The new hybrid from Colder eliminates the need for multiple connections and simplifies the user interface between remote tools and a device. Featuring dry-break technology, it allows designers to confidently specify a single connector for both fluids and electronics.
  3. Application Note: Non-invasive On-line CO2 Measurement With Chemical-Optical CO2 Sensors
    4/27/2010
Accurate CO2 measurement in the liquid phase has been a challenge for decades. Although off-gas measurement by means of IR-spectroscopy is a proven technology, the correlation of CO2-levels in gas and liquid phase in biological systems is difficult. By PreSens Precision Sensing GmbH
  4. Application Note: pH Regulation For A Liver Cell Bioreactor
    4/27/2010
An important aspect of efficient liver cell bioreactors is the automated regulation of physiochemical culture parameters. The present study describes the development of the first noninvasive pH regulation device for a perfusion bioreactor. The high performance of the system is based on a chemical-optical flow-through cell for pH detection and its combination with precision mass-flow controllers for gas. The new controller allows long time stable and contamination-free on-line pH regulation in complex bioreactor systems — an important technical contribution for future clinical applications. 5. Datasheet: SFR Shake Flask Reader – Oxygen And pH Measurement In Shake Flasks
    4/27/2010
PreSens offers a new system for measuring oxygen and pH in shake flasks. The SFR – Shake Flask Reader measures rapid and precise in up to 9 shake flasks simultaneously. This novel device is used for microbial cultivations and cell cultures. By PreSens Precision Sensing GmbH
  6. Application Note: Insect Cell Cultivation In Orbitally Shaken Flasks With Sensors
    4/27/2010
Insect cell-based processes have become increasingly influential for tool protein and Virus-like Particle (VLP) vaccine productions over the last years. At small scale insect cells are normally grown in non-instrumented orbitally shaken disposable flasks, in most cases Erlenmeyers, in order to perform seed train productions and early stage process developments. 7. Datasheet: Electro-Optical Module EOM-pH-mini
    4/27/2010
The electro-optical module EOM-pH-mini is a precise OEM solution for non-invasive pH sensor spots. Assembled according to ISO 9001:2000 they deliver certified quality.
  8. Datasheet: Electro-Optical Module EOM-O2-Mini
    4/27/2010
The electro-optical module EOM-O2-mini is a precise OEM solution for non-invasive oxygen sensor spots. Assembled according to ISO 9001:2000 they deliver certified quality.
  9. SDR SensorDish® Reader – Noninvasive On-line Culture Monitoring Of Oxygen And pH
    4/27/2010
The SDR SensorDish® Reader is a small 24-channel reader for non-invasive detection of oxygen and pH in disposable 24- or 6-well multidishes. The multidishes contain a sensor spot at the bottom of each well. They are read out non-invasively and non-destructively through the transparent bottom of the multidishes by the SensorDish® Reader placed below them.
  10. Datasheet: Carbon Dioxide Sensors
    4/27/2010
The carbon dioxide sensors measure the partial pressure of dissolved carbon dioxide. The spots are fixed on the inner surface of a glassware or transparent plastic material. The CO2 concentration can therefore be measured in a non-invasive and non-destructive manner from outside, through the wall of the vessel.
