Nuvia cPrime™ is designed for process-scale purification of a wide variety of therapeutic proteins. Nuvia cPrime™ media’s unique selectivity allows method developers to use hydrophobic and cation exchange interaction modes to achieve effective purification. More importantly, the media have a large design space for binding and elution, allowing for the development of highly robust methods in a commercial manufacturing setting.

Nuvia S & Q media are a family of ultra high capacity ion exchangers deisgned for optimal performance in bioprocessing workflows. The media are built on a robust base matrix with proprietary surface extender technology. We are now offering Nuvia Q™ media, our exciting new high capacity anion exchanger delivering excellent resolution capabilities of feedstream contaminants such as host cell proteins and doublestranded DNA. Higher productivity can be achieved by using Nuvia Q™ through faster flow rates without compromising binding capacity. Moreover, less media is required and smaller columns can be used to purify a given amount of protein.
