Validation Of A Tumoroid Based Cell Culture Model To Perform 3D In Vitro Cell Signaling Analyses

This poster demonstrates the ability to capture HTRF® whole well and fluorescence imaging data using the Cytation 3 from HCT116 cells cultured in 3D using the RAFT™ system to generate relevant, in vivo-like cell signaling and cytotoxicity results from lead compounds. Automated dispensing of cell/collagen mixes, and assay components by the MultiFlo™ FX will also be presented.
