Validation Of A 3-Dimensional Liver Microtissue Model For Long-Term Hepatotoxicity Studies

Here we evaluate the suitability of 3D human liver microtissues for use in long-term toxicity studies. The effect of repeated diclofenac dosing on mitochondrial function and eventual hepatotoxicity was assessed. The Cytation 3 was used to capture the signals from luminescence whole well and fluorescence imaging assays.
