Reveleris® Flash Chromatography Instrument Datasheet

The proprietary RevealX™ detection technology of the Reveleris® flash chromatography system integrates multiple detector signals with advanced signal processing to recognize eluting compounds that previously were undetected by UV alone. The split fluidics design and multiple channel detection by UV and ELSD (Evaporative Light Scattering Detection) trigger sophisticated fractionn collection, yielding more targeted samples and leading to fewer impurities in less time.

The Reveleris® flash chromatography standard system is designed to be rugged and sensitive to traditional flash chromatography loads, typically in the 100’s mg to 100’s gms range. This system helps the scientist to meet or exceed purification productivity demands.

The Reveleris® iES flash chromagraphy system is designed to detect and collect smaller amounts of compounds, typically low mg to multi-gram quantities of crude mixtures. For scientists whose applications demand a higher sensitivity, such as natural product isolation, impurity isolation, supplements/nutraceuticals, radiochemical, and high throughput syntheses, the Reveleris® iES flash chromatography system is the best choice. This system still offers the same increase in purification productivity demands.
