Point-Of-Use Inflation And Integrity Test System To Launch In September 2012
Confidence at the Point-of-Use
inSITE from ASI extends quality assurance a step further through a patent pending Point-Of-Use Inflation and Integrity Test System.
As the value of processes increase with each step downstream, so too, does the importance of sterility and leak detection. inSITE is a chance to run a final integrity test on ASI's single-use bags prior to use, eliminating concern for gross and fine leaks that could occur from delivery and loading procedures.
ASI's patent-pending inSITE system also improves efficiency and accuracy by an inflation procedure. Bags up to 5,000 Liters can be inflated and tested directly in the tank that is to be filled with product. The inflation step improves bag loading and placement in the tank and limits errors that can result from pinching and creasing.
