In biotherapeutic manufacturing, temperature is an important factor in many process steps. Temperature control and heat transfer must be precisely calculated and managed to ensure stable formulations. All of this must be done efficiently and with the strictest standards in bioburden control.

To date, process engineers have had to insert stainless steel multi-use exchangers or jacketed mixing totes into the process but these options can often extend cycle time or may not be capable of rapid temperature changes.

Webinar Focus: In this technical webinar, you will learn about heating/cooling efficiencies of a single-use exchanger, flow rates and considerations that need to be made per application.
