Finally, it's a reality. After so many years of struggling with how to comply with the California ePedigree requirement, we now need to know how to comply with the new federal requirement, H.R. 3204.

H.R. 3204 is a bicameral bill stemmed from H.R. 1919 and S. 959 to increase safety throughout the pharmaceutical supply chain in the United States by increasing the traceability of pharamceutical product. The legislation is also known as the Drug Quality and Security Act, or DQSA.
