eArray Custom CGH Microarrays FAQ

The content of an Agilent microarray is defi ned as the union of the Probe Groups it contains. During the creation of a custom microarray content is added by associating it with one or more Probe Groups. These Probe Groups can either be preexisting or created on the fl y using eArray's Design Wizards. A Probe Group consists of one or more probes assigned to a group. Probes can exist in more than one Probe Group.
