Bio-Simplex™ Ultra Carboys combine all the same unique design features as the standard product line, but are manufactured amd validated specifically for BioProduction applications. The Bio-Simplex Ultra Carboys can be combined with our patented EZ Top® Container Closure technology for sterile fluid storage and aseptic fluid transfer.

The Bio-Simplex Ultra Carboys are manufactured in a cleanroom environment from high quality polypropylene copolyester which has broad thermal and chemical resistance and is compatible with gamma sterilization.
The Bio-Simplex Ultra Carboy comes in 6 sizes: 2.5L, 5L, 10L, 20L, 40L and 75L with standard open cap and plug, with or without an autoclavable spigot. Carboys with a 3 inch tri-clamp fitting are available in 5L, 10L, 20L and 40L sizes.
Standard 2 or 3 port EZ Top® Container Closures are available in both C-Flex® TPE and Sani-Tech® Class VI platinum-cured silicone. Custom designs may be ordered with alternative port and tubing configurations to meet specific customer requirements.
