ASI To Launch Point-Of-Use Inflation And Integrity Testing System

ASI, formerly known as Advanced Scientifics, has planned the launch of the inSITE, inflation and integrity testing system for September of this year.

The patent pending system is designed to work as a mobile, point-of-use system, testing single-use bags directly before use. The test will detect gross and fine leaks on bags up to 5,000 Liters in size.

Bags tested in the inSITE system can be inflated and tested directly in the tank that is to be filled with product. The inflation step improves bag loading and placement in the tank and limits errors that can result from pinching and creasing.
