Utilizing bags in packaging of fluids can bring a multitude of benefits to your process. However, filling a bag can be a challenge, ASI has the solution.

The Aseptic Single-Use Filling System design keeps processes clean, streamlined, and easy.

The operator places the connector into the cradle. When the machine is activated the cap is removed and the nozzle interfaces with the body of the connector. When fill is complete the nozzle is removed and replaced with cap in sealed position.

At this point the cap is sealed and cannot be re-opened.
