Vivawell Vac Vacuum Manifolds and Multiwell Plates offer the optimal high throughput sample prep platform.

Vivawell Vac 8-strip plates are unique membrane adsorber chromatography plates for fast and reproducible protein purification and screening. They are modular plates consisting of a 96-well frame, set up with 12 individual 8-strip units. A silicone gasket seals the construct for vacuum processing. The individual 8-strip units are processed using the Vivawell Vac 8 vacuum manifold, while the complete 96-well plate can be operated on the Vivawell Vac 96. This guarantees the optimal speed, ease of handling and offers highest flexibility, when working with medium and high sample throughput.

Vivawell-Vac 8-strips are available with strong basic (quaternary ammonium, Q) and strong acidic (sulphonic acid, S) ion exchange chemistry. The high binding capacity of 1 mg per well combined with the pre-packed and ready to use format makes these plates an indispensable tool when performing screening and purification optimization with ion exchange ligands. The porous membrane adsorber matrix leads to high dynamic binding capacities without the need for sample incubation in the plate.
