The Newmix Pad-Drive Single-Use Mixer is specifically designed to fulfill the needs of the BioPharma market. The Newmix Pad-Drive is a mobile, flexible mixing system that allows efficient and reproducible mixing of a wide range of volumes in a broad series of applications. The Newmix Pad-Drive is specifically engineered for use with the Newmix single-use disposable bags in GMP certified cleanrooms without complex instrumentation to control the mixing process.
The Newmix Pad-Drive uses the innovative Newmix bag design that allows a non-invasive connection to the mixer. Mixing is achieved when the integrated paddle inside the Newmix bag rotates within the bag. Speed, direction and frequency of rotational change can all be controlled by the operator. The Newmix Pad-Drive allows mixing of high volumes of powders into liquids and also high viscosity liquids.
