The single-use disposable Newmix C-Mix bag is the only closed, drum shaped bag. It uses a unique, non-invasive paddle design that provides high efficiency mixing of liquids in liquids and high proportions of powders into liquids.

The product contact film extends to fully surround the paddle from coming into contact with the product, thus maintaining the products integrity, as well as providing a single product contact surface which simplifies validation studies. The special drain valve prevents the accumulation of undissolved material in the bottom tubing of the bag and is easily operated to allow full.

The Newmix C-Mix bags are manufactured under highly controlled conditions, using ATMI's own in-house extruded ultraclean AL1 film. They are used in conjunction with the Newmix Pad-Drive 1000 mixing system and the cylindrical 200L capacity Newmix C-Mix container.

Newmix C-Mix bags are fitted as standard with powder transfer port which allows direct tri-clamp connection to ATMI's Newsafe Contained Power Transfer Bags for contained powder delivery.
