Analyzing the exhaust gas composition from a fermentation process allows continuous observation of the metabolism of microorganisms or cells. The data generated can be used for simple batch history or enhanced process control andoptimization. Keofitt®
The Keofitt® Membrane Sampling Valves offered by Sartorius Stedim Biotech are designed for physical, chemical and microbiological sampling. With valve designs for many applications and a wide variety of accessories, Keofitt® has created a new standard for sterile sampling. Spinfilter P
Spinfilters are primarily used for medium perfusion in cell culture processes, therefore. It is absolutely essential that living cells are consistently retained. Additionally, the clogging of the membrane must be prevented by the construction of the spinfilter and also by the used membrane. This blocking would bring the fermentation to the end.
