The new Automated Relative Viscometer (ARV) System provides fully automated determination of Relative, Intrinsic, Inherent, Specific and Absolute Viscosity as well as Molecular Weight. The ARV System features the Viscotek Relative Viscometer, the Vortex automated sample prep and injection system, software, and accessories to provide for the ultimate in automation, safety, precision, and accuracy.

Applications

Our relative viscometer was specifically designed for the measurement of dilute polymer solutions and is the only viscometer that reports a true relative viscosity. Specifically designed for replacing old glass capillary tube technology, the Viscotek relative viscometer also provides intrinsic, inherent, reduced and absolute viscosities.
