DASGIP Bioreactors Microbiology

DASGIP Bioreactors offer a wide range of solutions for scientists working with yeast, bacteria or fungi. Even special applications such as cultivation of phototrophic bacteria and biopolymer processes can easily be performed.

Different sizes and shapes of DASGIP Bioreactors allow integration into various set-ups. Small working volumes from 60 mL to 4 L guarantee high experimental throughput while saving resources.

Each bioreactor can be equipped with a great choice of instruments. Sensors e.g. for pH and DO measurement and off-gas analysis as well as high precision gas and media supply can be installed.

Technical specifications

DASGIP Advanced Stirrer Series SR:

• Working volumes: 60 mL – 2 L (several sizes available)
• Agitation: several designs, magnetically driven stir bar or Pitched Blade Impeller, overhead driven Rushton Impeller; speed ranges from 60 to 1,600 rpm
• Aeration: headspace and / or submerged
• Suitable for temperature and agitation control with the DASGIP Bioblock

DASGIP Benchtop Bioreactor Line DR:

• Working volumes from 700 mL to 3.8 L (Benchtop Bioreactors available in two sizes)
• Agitation: overhead drive (30 - 500 rpm or 100 – 1,400 rpm), Pitched Blade or Rushton Impeller
• Aeration: headspace and / or submerged
