Automated Batch Dispensing and Dilution of Process Liquids & Slurries

The SciLog Fill Master automates repetitive, large-volume dispensing of liquids either by weight or volume. Ideally suited for sterile batch dispensing (with in-line sterilization filter) or filling applications. In the weight ratio mode, the Fill Master is connected to an industrial scale, liquid or solid concentrates are automatically weighed and diluted based on a user-definable weight ratio. Up to 10 different aliquots or weight ratios can be configured for easy access from the front panel.
