Request Information
Guanylate Cyclase catalyzes the production of cGMP from GTP. Soluble Guanylate Cyclase (sGC) is a receptor for Nitric Oxide (NO), which stimulates cGMP generation and thereby helps to regulate cell and organ functions involving vasorelaxation, inhibition of platelet aggregation and neuronal transmission.

Wako offers two Anti sGC, monoclonal antibodies. One demonstrates enhanced activity in the presence of NO, and the other is not affected by NO. Both antibodies are suitable for immunoblotting.
