Relative Ranking (Yes/No Binding)
The ProteOn system's high-throughput capabilities, combined with the easy-to-use, integrated support provided by ProteOn Manager Software, further accelerate the screening for Yes/No binding applications such as epitope binning and epitope mapping.

Kinetic Characterization
The ProteOn system's One Shot Kinetics approach features 6 x 6, criss-cross technology that seamlessly measures 36 interactions simultaneously for enhanced speed, accuracy and reproducibility of the kinetic characterization of ligand-analyte interactions. Additionally, this unique criss-cross technology confers advantages found only on the ProteOn system such as real-time injection referencing, fully flexible experiment design, and even more stable instrument conditions.

Thermodynamics
For label-free measurements that require thermodynamic analysis, the stable thermal conditions within the ProteOn system allow for excellentdata reproducibility and help to resolve kinetic/equilibrium characterization under different temperatures. This is especially important for transition-state thermodynamics that are observed during kinetic characterization of protein interactions [6]. Performing thermodynamics with the ProteOn system's 6 x 6 interaction array allows you to reach better informed research conclusions first.
