Veladisc ASME Code Module Housings
Pall's Veladisc™ ASME Code Module Housings (American Standards of Mechanical Engineers) have been developed for use with all flat gasket or locking double O-ring Depth Filter Modules on the market today. These housings are a low cost ASME code stamped housing (similar to Pall's Veladisc PED Code Module Housings) with swing-away bolt closures. These inexpensive housings provide optimized, economical processing with polished surface finishes and stainless steel materials of construction. Optimized for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical applications, Veladisc ASME Code Module Housings are designed for economical process development, small scale, and clinical phase I and II batch sizes where expedited product delivery is critical, but customization is not. These housings are fabricated in different heights and diameters in order to accommodate 284 mm (12 in.) or 410 mm (16 in.) diameter modules stacked up to 4 high.
