The PureTec® is a benchtop system used for optimizing and automating laboratory tangential flow filtration (TFF), diafiltration, and concentration of proteins. The PureTec® is excellent for lab-scale purification, as well as process development, and the validation of TFF processes for scale-up investigations.

The PureTec's optimal control and system configuration produces Maximized Filtration Yield! The PureTec® displays, calculates and compiles/documents 15 filtration parameters; providing you with an instantaneous overview of your filtration progress and status. The PureTec® gives you the information & control you need to optimize your filtration for maximized yield!

The PureTec® is designed to process minimal volumes of material and includes a 500 ml feed reservoir (a 50mL feed resivoir is also available) incorporating a magnetic stirrer to ensure product mixing during concentration or diafiltration. Up to three pressures can be monitored with SciLog's disposable pressure sensor assemblies (3 pressures are monitored: feed, retentate and filtrate) and one pressure, TMP is calculated by the PureTec®.
