Proyield Pea PCE80B is a protein hydrolysate derived from pea protein concentrate by enzymatic hydrolysis. The enzymes used for digestion are from non-animal sources. Proyield Pea PCE80B has been ultrafiltered to reduce endotoxin.
Proyield Pea PCE80B is an ultrafiltered protein hydrolysate composed of enzymatically hydrolysed pea protein concentrate. This hydrolysate has a high percentage content of protein when compared to other hydrolysates and is naturally rich in di- and tri-peptides. Proyield Pea PCE80B has been developed specifically for the biopharmaceutical market and provides excellent support for both the growth and expression of product in mammalian cells and bacterial cells. Proyield Pea PCE80B has demonstrated growth support for bacterial cell cultures.
Proyield Pea PCE80B has been tested and determined to have no residual enzyme activity.
Proyield Pea PCE80B is a homogeneous, tan, free-flowing powder.
