New Line Of CO2 Incubators Premiers At Experimental Biology April 19-22 In New Orleans
April 6, 2009
New Brunswick Scientific will unveil a new line of advanced CO2 incubators at the Experimental Biology meeting in New Orleans, next week. Galaxy incubators provide even more standard features, better performance and a wider range of options than New Brunswick's previous models, and are offered in three sizes, 0.5 – 6.0 cft. (14 – 170 Liters). New features include an innovative sealed inner glass door to allow easy viewing of all samples while maintaining environmental stability and minimizing costly CO2 and N2 consumption (available on 6 cft. models only). New perforated shelves provide rapid recover after door opening. And an advanced oxygen supplementation system option in three control ranges enables specialized hypoxic or hyperoxic conditions to be maintained, ideal for stem cells, oncology or IVF work. Advanced Galaxy "R" Series models provide an extra-large display and 72-hr. data logging of chamber conditions. Economical Galaxy "S" Series incubators provide the same superior performance, but use an LED display. All Galaxy CO2 incubators feature a unique fanless design and seamless one-piece chamber to eliminate potential breeding grounds for contaminants, and high-temperature disinfection (HTD) option to further minimize contamination risk. See them, along with NBS shakers and ULT freezers at the New Brunswick booth, 807-809.
