New Embedded Memory In-Line Disposable Sensors Work With Current Set-Ups

Single use Bioprocessing with disposable fluid paths is now possible thanks to SciLog.

A new set of in-line, pre-calibrated, sensors with embedded memory are available for immediate delivery. SciLog's sensor technology monitors pressure, temperature or conductivity in a wide variety of sizes, from Luer to 1" TC. These disposable sensors are easy to scale-up or scale with your current equipment.

By applying Scilog's sensors with Scilog's bioprocessing equipment in areas involving aseptic, single-use applications, i.e. - tangential flow filtration, protein concentration/desalting, ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, chromatography, CIP, aseptic filtration, or bag manifolds you achieve easy use, high precision and high accuracy.

Scilog sensors store calibrations as well as IDs, serial#, and lot #. This information readily downloads into an Excel spreadsheet or to a printer employing SciLog's easy-to-use SciDoc software. Now you have access to real-time documentation & graphing including date/time stamp functions. Each Scilog sensor has barcode traceability as well as the capability to set high/low alarms and 4 TTL alarm outputs. GMP and GLP certificates of compliance and calibration are available for all models.

Single use Bioprocessing with disposable fluid paths is now possible. Disposable sensors technology permits one time use and disposal in sizes such as Luer, 3/8" Barb, ½" Barb, ¾" TC, and1" TC. Repeated use is possible with NaOH or by autoclaving, ETO, or gamma sterilization.
