The Microwell ELISA offers liquid solutions that reduce waste, eliminate mixing, and save time. This product is a component microwell peroxidase substrate that has a wide working range, and develops a blue-green color that is measurable between 405 and 410 nm. This product is an aprotic solvent free formulation, and it is measurable at 650 or 450 nm stopped. These formulations have been designed to stay clear even through use and during storage. This product is a high performance, ultra-sensitive substrate with a low background.
