Malvern Instruments will host a series of complimentary training schools in North America this year for users of the company's Viscotek triple detection gel permeation/size exclusion chromatography (GPC/SEC) systems.

These two-day schools are integral to Malvern's extensive customer support program and are designed to help users of the Viscotek line of viscometer, light scattering and refractive index detectors (triple detection GPC/SEC) to fully explore the detection possibilities of their systems and exploit the power of the OmniSEC software package.

The training schools are being held: May 24-25, Houston, TX; June 14-15, London, ON, Canada; September 14-15, Burlingame, CA; and October 18-19, at Malvern Instruments US Headquarters in Westborough MA. These classroom style, in person courses complement the large number of free webinars and downloadable presentations that Malvern provides as part of its training and support for customers in North America and around the world.

The quality of Malvern's customer support is one of the key reasons for the company's continuing success in today's demanding laboratory and process markets. By selecting Malvern products, users not only choose technical excellence but gain access to a worldwide network of highly trained and experienced teams of technical and applications support professionals dedicated to ensuring that their instruments continue to deliver returns at the highest level.
