In addition increased patient compliance improves the validity of study data, providing more concrete scientific results for clinical studies.
Using ICOPhone™ in lieu of paper diaries increases compliance and eliminates the substantial cost of data entry. Patients will call ICOPhone™ or log onto the website at their convenience and enter information as prompted. Additionally, the system delivers a reminder call for patients who have not accessed the system within a predetermined time period. Both the system and technical support are available 24 hours/day.
