Pall Emflon® FM filters are designed for cost-effective clarification of solvents used in the manufacture of antibiotics and other active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). These pharmaceutical grade filters contain a proprietary PTFE membrane and are compatible with a broad range of chemicals.
They can also be used to ensure cleanliness of high-purity solvents. Applications include removal of carbon or catalyst fines, and these filters are often used downstream of bulk solids removal systems.
