QIAGEN Inc.96 DNA Blood Kit from QIAGEN is designed for high-throughput isolation of genomic, mitochondrial, and viral DNA from blood and related body fluids. The kit uses proven QIAamp silica-gel membrane technology in a convenient 96-well format, which provides well-to-well uniformity in DNA recovery and yield. As many as 192 samples can be processed in 2–3 hours, yielding highly pure DNA for direct use in PCR and blotting applications.
