The DASGIP Bioblock is a high-performance agitation control system for cell culture and microbial applications. Combined with the Temperature and Agitation Control Module TC4SC4B the Bioblock provides independent agitation and temperature control for up to four bioreactors. It can be used with magnetic or overhead drive.
DASGIP's Bioblock is suitable for four independently controlled DASGIP Bioreactors with working volumes ranging from 60 mL to 2 L. With the broad speed spanning from 60 rpm to 1,500 rpm it allows precise control for cell culture and microbial applications.
Each well is equipped with an individual electrical heating element featuring an integrated safety temperature sensor as well as separate cooling coils, activated by solenoid valves. Magnetic and overhead drives are available – even combined within the Bioblock. With its small foot print of only 16.7'' x 20.5'' (425 x 520 mm) it requires less space than comparable products such as an incubator.
